Welcome to the full Level 2 of our accredited micro-credentialing journey — a transformative 20-hour experience designed to elevate your coaching and leadership skills in healthcare.
Dive Into a Coach Approach® 2.0 | Full Level 2 combines the power of Relationship Mastery with the precision of advanced coaching techniques. You’ll begin with the groundbreaking Relationship Intelligence (RQ) assessment, a scientifically validated tool offering insights from four distinct relational lenses. These insights will help you strengthen therapeutic connections, refine your use of self, and enhance your impact as a clinician, coach, or leader.
Then, you’ll deepen your skills by exploring how metaphors, mastery, and motivation come together to transform coaching conversations. Through live coaching demos, personalized growth feedback, and peer coaching with your Diving Partner, you’ll gain the confidence and techniques needed to lead more effectively and engage patients more meaningfully.
Whether you’re pursuing ICF credentialing, advancing your leadership in healthcare, or seeking to strengthen everyday client interactions, this course offers both the theory and hands-on application to create lasting change.

Class 1: Preparing You to Dive In
Meet your cohort, set your intentions, and explore how to make the most of this experience. You’ll connect with your Diving Partner, receive instructions for completing your personalized Relationship Intelligence (RQ) assessment, and learn how to use bonus tools in your workbook to deepen your learning.
Class 2: Discover Your Mojo Type
Uncover your personal motivation type through the Mojo assessment and explore the seven types of motivation. Learn how these insights can enhance your coaching conversations, therapeutic relationships, and team dynamics.
Class 3: Prioritizing & Utilizing Relational Strengths
Dive into your Strength Portrait and explore the 28 relational strengths. Learn to recognize which strengths you prioritize and how to apply the right strength at the right time to elevate coaching impact and team communication.
Class 4: Mastering Conflicts
Explore the dynamics of conflict in therapeutic and team relationships. Identify triggers, strengthen your conflict management skills, and gain strategies for transforming difficult conversations into meaningful change.
Class 5: Laser-Focused Coaching
Practice delivering a 15-minute laser-focused coaching dialogue using the Dive Into a Coach Approach® framework. Engage in peer practice and receive personalized feedback to refine your presence, listening, and focus.
Class 6: Metaphors, Mastery & Motivation
Discover how to use metaphors to unlock insight, apply advanced techniques that deepen client learning, and explore how mastery in the moment elevates motivation and impact in your practice.
Class 7: Growth Feedback in Action
Experience live coaching demos and learn to offer and receive structured growth-oriented feedback. This session is designed to build your confidence and capacity as both a coach and feedback partner.
Class 8: Integration & Celebration
Reflect on your journey, celebrate progress, and explore how to integrate your learning into clinical care, leadership, or team development. Final peer coaching sessions and feedback will help you anchor your growth.

About our Micro-Credentialing Journey

Level 1 - This is the first level of our accredited micro-credentialing journey. In this 12-hour course, discover the core fundamentals of the Dive Into a Coach Approach™ model, framework, mindset and techniques for healthcare professionals.
Level 2A - This is the second level of our accredited micro-credentialing journey. In this 10-hour course, you'll first attune your relationship strengths and grow your coaching skills where you'll receive your personalized Relationship Intelligence (RQ) assessment that will support you to refine your coaching skills.
Level 2B - In this 10-hour hybrid training, continue diving deeper following completing of the Level 2.0 Relationship Mastery to refine your coaching skills through practicing the proven techniques of the Dive Into a Coach Approach™ framework.
Level 3 - This is the third level of our accredited micro-credentialing journey. In this 10-hour course, practice and implement the skills gained from the Dive Into a Coach Approach™ methodology to support a client / patient in real time.

Meet Your Facilitator
Hélène Thériault on faculty in the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia where she is a clinical instructor, fieldwork preceptor and offers her Coach Approach seminar to graduating therapists. She is also a certified Total SDI Facilitator and Leadership Circle Profile.
Hélène combines over two decades of experience in the field, her Master of Adult Education, and her highest coaching credential, Master Certified Coach (MCC).
With her proprietary and accredited methodology “Dive Into a Coach Approach®”, Hélène trains and certifies healthcare professionals with a holistic framework that combines the best coaching practices, proven leadership skills, strength-based models, and a rich toolkit designed to boost business growth and create lasting results for patients.
In recognition of her commitment to coaching, Hélène was honored as the 2023 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Emerging Coach Educator.
