• What to Expect: As you continue your Dive Into a Coach Approach® journey, complete three levels of transformative professional development, building on the foundation of Level 1. You’ll expand your skills to foster deeper patient relationships, enhance team leadership, and develop advanced coaching techniques to address complex healthcare challenges. • Completion Requirements: Complete all three levels within 10 months with a flexible commitment averaging 2 hours per week.

• Ideal for: Healthcare professionals looking to enhance their clinical practice with coaching skills, leaders aiming to improve team dynamics, and those aspiring to gain certifications to elevate their career in patient care and leadership.
• Prerequisite: Completion of Level 1 Dive Into a Coach Approach® course.

• Duration: Approximately 38 hours spread over 10 months, with classes held on weekends and recorded for flexibility.
• Schedule: There are 14 live classes with two classes per month in general where each class is 1.5 hours, with a break during summer (July and August).
• Commitment: Expect to spend an average of 2 hours per week for study and practice, ensuring a manageable integration into your professional life.
• Self-pace: You will complete the Coaching Tools for Heatlhcare Bundle at your own pace during your certification (8-hours). This bundle is free to you when you sign up to ‘Complete your Certification’

• Flexible Learning: Weekend classes, recorded sessions, and the ability to learn at your own pace.
• Practical Tools & Resources: Hands-on coaching tools, advanced coaching strategies, and real-world applications.
• Expert Instruction: Access to experienced instructors and personalized feedback throughout the journey.
• Certificate of Completion: Upon finishing all three levels, you’ll receive a certification in Dive Into a Coach Approach®.

As you continue the DICA journey, you will deepen your clinical skills and coaching presence, enabling you to manage complex patient needs effectively. You will also apply evidence-based strategies and advanced coaching techniques to enhance therapeutic relationships and foster team collaboration. Specifically, in each level, you will:

• Level 2A – Relationship Mastery: Strengthen your ability to engage patients in meaningful dialogue and build rapport.
• Level 2B – Technical Mastery: Develop advanced skills in clinical coaching techniques and evidence-based strategies.
• Level 3 – Live Implementation: Apply your knowledge in real-world scenarios, refining your coaching presence and clinical decision-making.
