Learn a clear, psychology-informed framework to navigate conflict with confidence. Strengthen trust and move difficult conversations forward without avoidance or escalation.

This cohort is designed for healthcare professionals who:
- Split time between clinical work and leadership responsibilities
- Act as clinical leads, preceptors, mentors, or peer supports
- Do not qualify for formal leadership training because they are not full-time managers
- Feel stuck in fixer mode and want sustainable leadership strategies

Hélène Thériault on faculty in the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia where she is a clinical instructor, fieldwork preceptor and offers her Coach Approach seminar to graduating therapists.
