Led by Hélène Thériault, this cohort blends evidence-based coaching skills with real-world leadership challenges faced by hybrid clinical-leaders.

Learn a practical, neuroscience-informed framework to deliver clear, constructive feedback. Turn performance reviews into meaningful growth conversations instead of something you avoid.

May 19, 202 – Delegation and Time Management
Learn how to prioritize what matters, delegate with clarity, and stop carrying everyone else’s workload. Create a personalized approach to managing time and energy as a clinical-leader.

June 16, 2026 – Prevent Burnout for Yourself and Your Team
Learn to recognize early signs of burnout and apply evidence-based strategies to build resilience. Walk away with tools you can use for yourself and across your team.

August 18, 2026 – Conflict Mastery: Build Trust, Resolve Issues, Move Forward
Learn a clear, psychology-informed framework to navigate conflict with confidence. Strengthen trust and move difficult conversations forward without avoidance or escalation.

Who This Is For

This cohort is designed for healthcare professionals who:

• Split time between clinical work and leadership responsibilities
• Act as clinical leads, preceptors, mentors, or peer supports
• Do not qualify for formal leadership training because they are not full-time managers
• Feel stuck in fixer mode and want sustainable leadership strategies
• Want practical skills for feedback, conflict, delegation, and burnout prevention

No formal leadership title required. If people come to you for guidance, you are already leading.

Hélène Thériault on faculty in the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia where she is a clinical instructor, fieldwork preceptor and offers her Coach Approach seminar to graduating therapists.
