About Katie Cooper

Katie Cooper is an Occupational Therapist and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over 17 years of experience across diverse clinical settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient settings, and in-home care. She has a deep passion for working with individuals with neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injury, stroke, and Parkinson’s disease. Katie has presented at multiple state, national, and international conferences on topics ranging from cross-cultural educational programs, polytrauma rehabilitation, and clinician wellbeing.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Katie experienced professional burnout and discovered health coaching as part of her own recovery journey. This experience inspired her to help other healthcare professionals prevent and recover from burnout. She went on to design and lead a corporate wellness program within a large healthcare organization, supporting over 500 clinicians in reducing stress and improving work-life balance. Katie earned her board certification in health and wellness coaching in 2024 through the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching. Katie is the founder of Katie Cooper Wellness, a health coaching practice providing individualized coaching, group coaching, and workshops specializing in helping women overcome burnout and live a life full of energy and passion.
