Clients are Happy & Healthy
The Integrating Mindfulness into Coaching and Healthcare helped me solidify how I can use mindfulness in a Coach Approach, remembering it is not only meditation or body scan, but paying attention in the moment. I now incorporate mindfulness breathing at the beginning of sessions.

Practicing mindfulness as an aspiring healthcare professional is not something I consider often. Mindfulness can improve my patient care. I want to do mindfulness practices before seeing patients and be more present in conversations.

Integrating Mindfulness into Coaching and Healthcare shifted my thinking and increased my motivation to make mindfulness a habit before every session. It reminded me to be present and nonjudgmental, and the practices left me feeling calm and relaxed.

Excellent information very powerful message on how the coach needs to embody mindfulness. Excellent overview of the elements of mindfulness, the beginners mind, not striving and compassion. Particularly informative on judgement and noticing the judging experience and coming to the present moment with non judgement. The concept of the Beginners Mind and how it aids the coach in adopting curiosity. Excellent session well presented thank you.

Using mindfulness in between clients helps me notice if I have taken on their emotions and give myself support so I do not burn out. Anchor based practices help clients in overwhelm, and movement based mindfulness increases awareness. It is a great reminder to practice what we preach and do the mindfulness ourselves consistently to assist others more effectively.

The 4 Ps of mindfulness were explained in a way I can easily understand. I appreciated learning the different types of mindfulness anchor, focus, and movement, along with mindfulness awareness using breath and somatic movement.
