Class 1: Preparing you to Dive In!

In the opening class, you’ll meet with your cohort to prepare yourself for a deep dive into the Relationship Mastery course. You’ll learn how to maximize the impact you and your team are seeking from this course. Discover how to work effectively with your Diving Partner, complete your personalized assessment, and explore the Bonus tools section of your workbook, which can significantly enrich your learning experience.

Class 2: Discover Your Mojo Type

Before attending this class, you’ll complete a personalized assessment online to uncover your Motivation Type. This module delves into the seven types of motivation, providing you with invaluable insights. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your motivational value system, learn how to leverage knowledge of different types to enhance coaching and therapeutic relationships, and make an immediate impact on your personal relationships. This class equips you with the knowledge and tools to unlock the secrets of motivation and apply them to various aspects of your professional and personal life.

Class 3: Prioritizing & Utilizing Relational Strength

In this class, you’ll dive into the world of strengths and explore your unique Strength Portrait, which reveals the prioritization of 28 relational strengths specific to you. Learn how to harness the right strength at the right time to achieve greater coaching and therapeutic impact. Discover the art of leveraging your strengths effectively to enhance your interactions and relationships. This module equips you with the knowledge and tools to unlock your strengths and maximize their potential for personal and professional growth.

Class 4: Mastering Conflicts

Conflicts are an inevitable part of relationships, and in this class, you’ll explore their dynamics. Gain insights into identifying and managing triggers that may arise with clients, patients, colleagues, or in personal relationships. Learn to leverage this knowledge to develop essential conflict management skills and gain confidence in navigating difficult conversations. By the end of this module, you’ll be empowered to proactively prevent conflicts and skillfully manage them, fostering stronger and more harmonious connections in both your professional and personal life.

  1. Analyze Personal Dynamics using the Relationship Intelligence (RQ) Assessment:

Complete the award-winning scientifically validated Relationship Intelligence (RQ) assessment to gain insights from four different perspectives on personal dynamics. Analyze the results critically to understand how these insights can enhance your therapeutic use of self as a clinician or leader, fostering more effective relationships and interactions.

  1. Evaluate and Prioritize 28 Relational Strengths:

Explore the 28 relational strengths and evaluate their significance in various contexts. Learn to discern and prioritize the right strength to use at the right time to maximize your coaching impact. Assess the strengths critically, considering their relevance and applicability to different situations.

  1. Utilize 5 New Coaching Tools:

Acquire a set of five new coaching tools designed to enhance your coaching skills. Apply these tools immediately in your coaching practice, demonstrating your ability to integrate new techniques and approaches into your coaching repertoire effectively. Evaluate the effectiveness of these tools in facilitating coaching outcomes.

Meet Your Facilitator

Hélène Thériault on faculty in the Department of Occupational Science & Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia where she is a clinical instructor, fieldwork preceptor and offers her Coach Approach seminar to graduating therapists. She is also a certified Total SDI Facilitator and Leadership Circle Profile.

Hélène combines over two decades of experience in the field, her Master of Adult Education, and her highest coaching credential, Master Certified Coach (MCC).

With her proprietary and accredited methodology “Dive Into a Coach Approach™”, Hélène trains and certifies healthcare professionals with a holistic framework that combines the best coaching practices, proven leadership skills, strength-based models, and a rich toolkit designed to boost business growth and create lasting results for patients.

In recognition of her commitment to coaching, Hélène was honored as the 2023 International Coaching Federation (ICF) Emerging Coach Educator.
