Micro-credentialing offers formal recognition of your coaching skills, grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored for healthcare professionals. At Function First Coaching™, your learning journey is both structured and flexible—designed to integrate coaching into your specific clinical or leadership role while earning International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours.

Step 1 Dive Into a Coach Approach® Level 1 – Core Fundamentals 12 hours | Self-paced Learn a 4-step coaching framework tailored to healthcare through video-based lessons and real-world examples.
Coaching Tools for Healthcare Bundle 8 hours | Self-paced Expand your toolbox with 4 targeted modules designed to support coaching in clinical practice, leadership, and behavior change.
Step 2 Level 2A – Relationship Mastery 10 hours | Live training + peer coaching Build trust, deepen rapport, and enhance your presence with advanced coaching skills.
Level 2B – Technical Mastery 10 hours | Live training + peer coaching Strengthen your ability to apply coaching techniques that support meaningful behavior change.
Level 3.0 – Live Implementation 10 hours | Live small group cohort Put it all together with expert feedback, practice coaching sessions, and performance review.
Total: 50 ICF-accredited CCE hours
