What is Micro-Credentialing Journey at Function First Coaching?

Micro-credentialing offers formal recognition of your coaching skills, grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored for healthcare professionals. At Function First Coaching™, your learning journey is both structured and flexible—designed to integrate coaching into your specific clinical or leadership role while earning International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours.

Whether you’re in outpatient rehab, community health, leadership, or mental wellness, this pathway helps you grow your coaching capacity—and get recognized for it.

Dive Into a Coach Approach® Level 1 – Core Fundamentals

Learn a 4-step coaching framework tailored to healthcare through video-based lessons and real-world examples.
